View and search your documents in eConnect Control. Learn how to filter by status, date and sender for quick insights.
The Analytics screen is the central place in Control where you find all your incoming and outgoing documents: invoices, orders, credit notes and other message types processed through the PSB. This article explains how to find documents, apply filters and understand document topics.
After logging in to control.econnect.eu, navigate to Analytics through the sidebar. You see an overview of your most recent documents, showing the key information for each: creation date, issue date, channel, direction, document ID, status and sender.
Control offers several ways to find documents. You can search by:
Filters can be combined. Looking for all invoices from a specific sender that failed in the past week? Set the sender, date range and a topic with "Error" (for example "SentError"), and you'll immediately see the relevant documents.
Tip: use the date filter in combination with other filters to keep results manageable, especially if your organization processes a large volume of documents.
The document list can be sorted by any column. Click a column header to sort, and click again to reverse the sort order. This allows you to quickly bring the newest documents to the top, or sort by status to group all failed deliveries together.
Every document in Control has a topic that indicates where the document is in the processing workflow. Control displays the PSB topics, which are more specific than the statuses on the legacy platform. The topics are:
A document with the topic "SentError" or "ReceivedError" deserves attention. Open the document to see in the audit trail what went wrong. More on this in Document details and audit trail.
In addition to the individual document views, the Transactions tab offers an aggregated overview. Here you see the total number of transactions per type (such as InvoiceReceived, InvoiceSent or SalesInvoiceBookedError), grouped by participant and channel over a chosen period. This overview is useful for recognizing patterns and monitoring volumes.
In the top-right of the Analytics screen you find two export buttons: CSV and XLSX. Both buttons have a download icon and export the current view in the corresponding file format. These are the only two available export types. First adjust your filters so the overview contains exactly the documents you need, then click the desired export button.
