eConnect Control is the user interface of the Procurement Service Bus (PSB). Learn what Control is and who has access.
eConnect Control is the user interface of the Procurement Service Bus (PSB), the new backbone of the eConnect infrastructure. While the PSB serves as the technical API layer for exchanging e-invoices, orders and other documents, Control provides the visual dashboard where you can monitor, manage and configure those document flows.
In short Control is eConnect's new dashboard, built on the PSB. You can track document flows, view audit trails and manage settings. Currently available for partners and customers with Silver or Gold SLA, with plans to roll out to all PSB users.
Control is accessible at control.econnect.eu and will eventually replace the current eConnect platform (platform.econnect.eu) entirely. All new functionality is being developed on Control by the Dutch development team in Woerden.
Control is currently available to a select group of users:
You cannot activate Control yourself. Accounts are created by the eConnect Techsupport team based on your email address. You will then receive a secured form via email from eConnect where you can view your login credentials.
Do you have a Silver or Gold SLA subscription and don't have access to Control yet? Contact [email protected] and we'll arrange it for you.
The current eConnect platform at platform.econnect.eu is the familiar portal where you send, receive and manage invoices. Control is its successor, built on top of the PSB. The key difference: Control is designed for the future and integrates seamlessly with the PSB's REST API.
During the current transition period, both systems exist side by side. Some functionality is only available on the legacy platform (such as PDF generation from UBL), while other features are exclusive to Control. Eventually, the legacy platform will be retired and everything will be managed through the PSB and Control.
Control gives you a clear dashboard showing your document flows. Among other things, you can:
In the following articles, we'll walk you through Control step by step, including screenshots of all sections.
The plan is that all PSB users will automatically receive an invitation for Control before summer 2026. Once that happens, you will no longer need to request a separate account.
