New Zealand follows the Peppol path via MBIE (Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment) as Peppol Authority. The country shares the PINT A-NZ specification for e-invoicing via Peppol with Australia.

The PASR for New Zealand was approved on 20 March 2025. PINT A-NZ invoices are mandatory from 15 November 2024; legacy specifications were phased out on 15 May 2025. SP accreditation requires annual review.
