Export overviews as CSV

Export invoice overviews as CSV from any view. Maximum 20,000 rows.

From any Inbox and any view on the eConnect platform you can export invoice overviews as a CSV file. This is useful for reports, analyses in Excel or importing data into other systems.

How to export
Step 1: Open a view

Go to the Inbox IN, Inbox OUT or a saved view.

Step 2: Set filters

Optionally set the desired filters (organisation, date, status).

Step 3: Click Export

Click Export or the export icon.

Step 4: Download the file

The CSV file is downloaded to your computer.

The file contains all invoice data visible in the overview: invoice number, sender/recipient, amount, date, status and more.

Limits
  • Maximum 20,000 rows per export. If your overview contains more than 20,000 invoices, use filters to split the result (for example per month or per organisation).
  • The transaction overview (My environment > Transactions) has a limit of 5,000 rows per export.

Important: the export function within the Workflow is currently not working. Validation reasons and workflow steps cannot be exported as CSV. Use the Timeline per document or the "All instances" filter as Workflow Admin as an alternative.

What is the export used for?
  • Financial reports: periodically export your invoice overview for your administration.
  • Analysis: open the CSV file in Excel or Google Sheets to analyse trends, totals and distributions.
  • Verification: compare the export file with your accounting software to find any discrepancies.
  • Archiving: save the export file as an additional backup of your invoice data.
