DataRotonde and eConnect

DataRotonde delivers software for organisations that want to link their invoicing process to maintenance, service and ordering processes. Users send and receive invoices from their own system, usually as part of a broader workflow around maintenance or materials ordering.

DataRotonde has integrated eConnect's Peppol Access Point. With a single connection to DataRotonde, users can send and receive all their invoices from their own system. This does not always have to occur in a pure invoicing context: it usually, but not necessarily, happens as part of the maintenance or service process or when ordering materials.

The integration supports different formats and scenarios. Both DICO and UBL are supported, and checks are performed on the invoice flow. With the same connection, invoices can now also be submitted or received via the Peppol network. This means DataRotonde users do not need to set up a separate Peppol connection; routing runs via eConnect's Access Point.

Organisations working with DataRotonde that want their invoice flow to run via Peppol get a direct route via this integration without managing their own Access Point. Support for both DICO and UBL makes the integration suitable for sectors where both formats are in use.
