End customers see your brand, eConnect delivers the technology. The white-label model of the Procurement Service Bus is suitable for software vendors, accountancy and bookkeeping chains and large end-user organisations that want to offer e‑invoicing explicitly under their own identity. eConnect takes care of the Peppol certification, the PKI infrastructure, international compliance and the relationship with the Peppol authorities in all supported countries.
Custom login paths, own identity providers (OpenID-compatible) and SSO via Azure AD. Full PSB look-and-feel on request. API access per tenant via OAuth.
Operate under the Peppol Access Point certificate of eConnect. No annual OpenPeppol contribution or audits required, accelerated time-to-market.
Documents and data per partner tenant are logically isolated. It is technically impossible to reach data from other tenants. Management per tenant.
Automatic access to Peppol, other procurement networks and email. International flows for 15+ countries, including CTC reporting without additional transaction costs.
Own branding, Peppol certification and tenant isolation: everything you need to offer e-invoicing under your own brand.
ERP, accounting and industry software that want to offer e-invoicing as an integral part of their own product, with their own branding and SSO.
Chains with their own customer portal and look and feel that want to offer Peppol and compliance functionality to their clients under their own identity.
Organisations with their own supplier portal that want to offer Peppol as infrastructure, for example in a shared service centre or intercompany context.
The white-label model is suitable for three types of organisations that want to offer e-invoicing under their own brand.
We chose eConnect for multiple reasons, from the competitive pricing to the quality of your API, which we found to be one of the best among tested providers.

12 million documents per year for more than 20.000 organisations. The PSB processes each document in less than 100 milliseconds and has a proven capacity of 200.000 messages per hour. The measured uptime is 99,99% over more than eight years.
All data processing takes place within the EU/EEA, in the Netherlands and Ireland. eConnect is a Certified Peppol Access Point and contributes actively to the Peppol standards. Read how the PSB architecture works under the hood.
With a standard connection or REST API integration your software sends via the Peppol Access Point of eConnect. End users see your software, but the Peppol connection is not explicitly positioned as your brand.
With a white-label connection you offer Peppol functionality under your own brand and look and feel. Custom login paths, own identity providers, own SSO domain and on request a full PSB look-and-feel. End users see your brand; eConnect delivers the technology and compliance behind the scenes.
White label is interesting if Peppol needs to be a recognisable part of your own proposition or if your customers expect every interface to fall under your brand.
No. White-label partners operate under the Peppol Certified Access Point certificate of eConnect. That means no own application track at OpenPeppol, no annual OpenPeppol contribution and no periodic audits. eConnect provides the certificate, the PKI infrastructure and the relationship with the Peppol authorities.
For most partners this is the most attractive route: fast time-to-market, no fixed costs and direct access to the network.
Three levels, increasing in visibility of your brand. The basic level consists of a custom subdomain (for example partner.econnect.eu/login/partner/) and an own login path. The second level adds an own identity provider via OpenID Connect (Azure AD, ADFS or your own IdP) plus SSO, so end users sign in via your login. At the third level a full PSB look-and-feel in your house style is available on request, so the portal interface also feels fully like your product.
In the partner contract we record which branding elements are in scope for your situation. The technical implementation runs via standard patterns proven in earlier partner tracks, so the lead time is predictable.
Every white-label partner receives an own tenant structure with logical isolation. Within that structure sub-tenants or customer organisations can be created, each with their own users, roles and document flows. API access per tenant runs via OAuth2 with tenant-specific clients.
For SSO and user management the partner can choose central management (one identity provider across all sub-tenants) or decentralised management (an own IdP per sub-tenant). Both models are proven.
The commercial agreements are recorded in a partner contract and depend on volume, scope, branding requirements and audience. Status messages and CTC reporting messages are included in the per-document price, which is a significant advantage compared to models where every message is settled separately.
We discuss in a personal conversation which model suits your situation and which terms apply for support, escalations and joint marketing activities. The full partner process can be found here.
The PSB supports e-invoicing in 15+ countries: the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Poland, Italy, Spain, Norway, Croatia and other European markets, plus the UAE and Singapore via PINT (Peppol International). For France, accreditation as Plateforme Agréée is in progress; expected production reachability before September 2026. Changes in country-specific regulation are applied automatically. Full overview: compliance as a managed service.
As a white-label partner you can use the same technical integration for both domestic and cross-border flows, regardless of the destination country. Compliance updates are part of the managed service.
In thirty minutes we discuss whether the white-label model fits, which branding levels are relevant and what the partner contract looks like for your volume and audience.
