Connecting AllSolutions with eConnect

Connect AllSolutions via the native API, activated by an AllSolutions consultant.

You connect AllSolutions in 2026 with eConnect via the native API. Activation of the integration is performed by an AllSolutions consultant and is available from AllSolutions version 12.0.01.

Before you start
  • An active eConnect account with at least a Basic subscription
  • AllSolutions version 12.0.01 or higher
  • Your eConnect connection keys (App Key and Secret)
Setting up the integration
Step 1: Create connection keys

Create connection keys in the eConnect platform. Follow the steps in Creating connection keys.

Step 2: Activation by AllSolutions

Contact your AllSolutions consultant with the obtained connection keys. They will activate the eConnect integration in AllSolutions for you.

Step 3: Configuration in AllSolutions

After activation, configure the following:

  1. In AllSolutions, go to Bedrijven/Afdelingen (MBDRAF).
  2. Enter the Bedrijfs-ID (your XCNL number from the eConnect platform).
  3. Go to Debiteuren (MDEBST) and activate electronic invoicing per debtor.
  4. Set the send format to eConnect.
  5. Choose the verification method for the debtor (Chamber of Commerce number, OIN or VAT number).
