With Bloxs, you receive in 2026 purchase invoices via eConnect. The integration works via connection keys: Bloxs periodically polls the eConnect platform for new invoices.

Before you start

An active eConnect account with at least a Basic subscription
Your eConnect connection keys (App Key and Secret)

Setting up the integration

Step 1: Create connection keys

Create connection keys in the eConnect platform. Follow the steps in Creating connection keys.

Step 2: Send keys to Bloxs

Email the connection keys to [email protected]. Bloxs will configure the integration on their end and notify you once the environment is ready to use.

Step 3: Link email addresses

The email address used to forward invoices to eConnect must be registered on the platform. This can be done in two ways:

Same domain: create an additional account in the eConnect environment and add it to the organization.
Different domain: create a trusted email sender so the email address is authorized to submit for the organization.

Processing invoices in Bloxs

Bloxs periodically polls the platform for new documents. When invoices are available, they are automatically retrieved. In Bloxs, you can find the invoices under Te behandelen. Review the automatically filled information, complete where needed and click Definitief Verwerken.
