Connect BaseNet after activation of the eConnect module by BaseNet. Configure per administration.
You connect BaseNet in 2026 with eConnect via connection keys. The eConnect module in BaseNet must first be activated by BaseNet, as this is not a default setting.
Note: You may need to purchase a separate functionality package from BaseNet to enable the eConnect module. Check with BaseNet for details.
Create connection keys in the eConnect platform. Follow the steps in Creating connection keys.
After entering the details, you can view incoming and sent invoices. Sending sales invoices from BaseNet is also possible.
With multiple administrations, set up a separate Bedrijfs-ID per organization (e.g. XCBE0004065, XCBE0004066). The API key can be the same for all organizations. Make sure you are logged in to the correct BaseNet administration when configuring.
Tip: After configuration, there may be a delay of a few hours before invoices appear in BaseNet.
