Invoices are sent by email to eConnect and set up as draft invoices on the platform, after which you send them via Peppol to the recipient. This integration only supports sales invoices.
Before you start
- An active eConnect account with at least a Basic subscription
- Access to your Yoobi environment
- Sufficient transaction credit on your eConnect account
Setting up the integration
Step 1: Create a trusted sender in eConnect
- Log in to platform.econnect.eu.
- Go to Email Receiver in the left menu.
- Click Nieuwe afzender and create a trusted email sender for Conceptfacturen.
- Note the generated eConnect email address. You will need this address in the next step.
Step 2: Set up email address in Yoobi
- In Yoobi, go to Instellingen > Facturatie.
- Set the generated eConnect email address as the sending address for invoices.
- Make sure invoices are sent as PDF (with attached UBL file) to the eConnect address.
Step 3: Send invoices
Invoices that Yoobi sends to the eConnect address are automatically set up as draft invoices on the platform. The further process:
- The invoice appears as a draft invoice in your eConnect Outbox.
- Review the invoice details (recipient, amounts, VAT).
- Click Verzenden to send the invoice via Peppol.
- The delivery status is immediately visible in the Outbox.
Important notes
- This integration only supports sales invoices. Receiving purchase invoices is not available via Yoobi.
- Want to also receive purchase invoices? Consider an additional integration with for example Basecone.
- Invoices are set up as drafts and must be manually reviewed and released for sending via Peppol.
