You connect Yuki in 2026 with eConnect via Quick Connect. Incoming invoices (both purchase and sales) are automatically delivered to your Yuki administration. The integration can be set up in just a few minutes and works via the Email Receiver: eConnect sends invoices by email to the address linked to your Yuki administration.

Before you start

An active eConnect account with at least a Basic subscription
Access to your Yuki administration
The email address linked to your Yuki administration

Setting up the integration

Step 1: Create connection keys

Create connection keys in the eConnect platform. Follow the steps in Creating connection keys.

Step 2: Quick Connect

In the eConnect platform, go to Verbindingen and open the Yuki connection.
Click Snel verbinden.

A new window opens. Press CTRL+V to automatically paste the keys. Click OK.

Select the administration for which you want to receive invoices.
Enter the email address linked to your Yuki administration.
Check the confirmation box and click Toepassen.

The integration is now active.

Receiving invoices

After the integration, invoices are automatically delivered to your Yuki administration:

An invoice arrives at eConnect (via Peppol, email or the Email Receiver).
eConnect automatically forwards the invoice to the email address of your Yuki administration.
Yuki processes the invoice and makes it available in your administration.

You can receive both purchase and sales invoices, depending on the settings you chose during Quick Connect.

Tip: Want to adjust the settings later? Go to Verbindingen in the eConnect platform and click the relevant connection. There you can change the email address or adjust the integration.
