Connect Exact Globe via the Digital Mailbox in Exact Online. Update 413+ required.

You connect Exact Globe in 2026 with eConnect via the Digital Mailbox of Exact Online. This requires at least update 413 of Exact Globe. The Digital Mailbox is included with the Exact Globe license by default.

Before you start
  • An active eConnect account with at least a Basic subscription
  • Exact Globe update 413 or higher
  • Access to Exact Online (the Digital Mailbox works via Exact Online)
Setting up the integration
Step 1: Create a Digital Mailbox

The Digital Mailbox is automatically created when you log in to the Exact Online eConnect portal. If automatic creation fails, you can create the mailbox manually:

  1. In Exact Online, go to Mijn Exact Online > Mijn relatiegegevens.
  2. Go to Mijn digitale brievenbussen and click Toevoegen.
  3. Create a mailbox with the address: <kvk-nummer>@facturen.econnect.eu
  4. Select the administration and click Bewaren.
Step 2: Set up email address in Exact Globe
  1. In Exact Globe, go to Systeem > Instellingen > Administratie-instellingen.
  2. Enter the email address after Digitale brievenbus: <kvk-nummer>@facturen.econnect.eu.
Step 3: Retrieve invoices

When invoices are available in the Digital Mailbox, the count appears in the purchase journal. Click Actualiseren to import the invoices.

Tip: It may take a few minutes before a new Digital Mailbox becomes available.
