Connect Urios with eConnect via connection keys for sending and receiving invoices via Peppol.

You connect Urios in 2026 with eConnect via connection keys. After the integration, you can send sales invoices and receive purchase invoices via Peppol, directly from your Urios environment. The integration is configured via the e-invoicing settings in Urios, where you select eConnect as provider.

Before you start
  • An active eConnect account with at least a Professional subscription
  • Administrator access to your Urios environment
  • Your eConnect connection keys (Key and Secret)
Setting up the integration
Step 1: Create connection keys

Create connection keys in the eConnect platform. Follow the steps in Creating connection keys.

Step 2: Set up eConnect in Urios
  1. Open Urios and go to Instellingen > E-facturatie (or eVerbinding, depending on your Urios version).
  2. Select eVerbinding as provider.
  3. Enter the Key and Secret from the eConnect platform.
  4. Enter the email address of your eConnect account.
  5. Save the settings.

The integration is now active. Sales invoices are automatically sent via eConnect and purchase invoices are retrieved and made available in Urios.

Sending invoices

After the integration, sending is automatic:

  1. Create a sales invoice in Urios and post it.
  2. The invoice is automatically forwarded to eConnect.
  3. eConnect sends the invoice via Peppol to the recipient.
  4. The delivery status is visible in your eConnect Outbox.
Receiving invoices

Purchase invoices received via eConnect are automatically retrieved by Urios:

  1. The invoice arrives at eConnect (via Peppol, email or the Email Receiver).
  2. Urios retrieves the invoice via the API connection.
  3. The invoice appears in your Urios environment, ready for processing.
