Connecting Magic Promis with eConnect

Connect Magic Promis via the Email Receiver. Minimum Basic subscription required.

You connect Magic Promis in 2026 with eConnect via the Email Receiver. Sales invoices are sent by email from Magic Promis to eConnect and set up as draft invoices, after which you can send them via Peppol. The setup is performed by the Magic Promis support team.

Before you start
  • An active eConnect account with at least a Basic subscription
  • Magic Promis Basic subscription or higher
Setting up the integration
  1. Create an eConnect account and activate your organization.
  2. Create a trusted email sender for Conceptfacturen.
  3. Contact Magic Promis support to set up the integration.
  4. Share the eConnect email address with Magic Promis, they will configure the export to eConnect.
  5. After configuration, invoices sent from Magic Promis are set up as draft invoices on the eConnect platform. You then review and send them via Peppol.
