You connect Basecone in 2026 with eConnect via Quick Connect. Incoming invoices are automatically delivered to the correct Basecone administration. The integration can be set up in just a few minutes.

Before you start
  • An active eConnect account with at least a Basic subscription
  • Access to your Basecone administration
  • The unique email address of your Basecone administration (found on the left side of the Overview screen in Basecone)
Setting up the integration
Step 1: Create connection keys

Create connection keys in the eConnect platform. Follow the steps in Creating connection keys.

Step 2: Quick Connect
  1. Click Snel Verbinden on the created connection.

  1. A new window opens. Press CTRL+V: the keys are automatically imported.

  1. Select the administration for which you want to retrieve invoices.

  1. Enter the email address linked to the relevant Basecone administration. This is the unique email address of your Basecone environment, not the email address of your eConnect account.

  1. Optionally enter the date and email address for sales invoices.
  2. Check the confirmation box and click Toepassen.

The integration is now active.
